Aluminium solutions experts since 1941

1941 - Joan Monfort Jarque establishes the family business MONFORT in Barcelona.
1966 - Transfer of the facilities to the town of Bellpuig.
1972 - The facilities are definitively moved to the current location, on the street that bears the name of our company.
1998 - ABB installs in Monfort the first robot in Europe capable of automating all finishing processes.
2001 - A new building with more than 1.800m2 is built to house the new aluminium injection machinery.
2018 - Our facilities are expanded with a new 1.300 m2 for our own molds workshop ,tooling storage area.

Our service includes engineering, design and manufacture of molds and casting by GDC or HPDC, as well as machining operations and surface finishing. We have extensive facilities that allow us to have process machinery, including automated cells for casting, cutting and deburring, giving us the capacity to manufacture parts from 10 grams to 100 kg.
