Gravity die casting and low-pressure die casting

- Our technological means and the experience we have acquired, make it possible for us to produce parts that need a high degree of technical skills, of parts with high weight or big size and of parts that need an excellent surface finishing.

- Our production is oriented to the manufacture of pieces in all aluminium alloys, and specialized in alloys for high mechanical requirements like EN AC-42200 and corrosion resistant alloys like EN AC-51300 and EN AC-51100, fit for polished and anodized parts.

- We use following alloys : EN AC-51100, EN AC-51300, EN AC-42100, EN AC-42200, EN AC-43000, EN AC-44100, EN AC-45100

- Parts with weight up to 80 Kg.

- Automatically tilting machines, foundry section with robot, deburring sector with robot

- 3 smelting furnaces operated by gas and 14 electrical maintenance furnaces

- Gravity die casting section with 12 hydraulic tilting machines of the horizontal and vertical type with programmable electronic control.

- Gravity die casting work cell composed of 2 hydraulic tilting machines with programmable electronic control, 1 smelting furnace and 4 electrical maintenance furnaces, 1 robot with 100 kg. Handling capacity to fill the moulds. The furnaces, machines and robot are interconnected for automatic production with constant quality process.

- 1 low-pressure die casting machine.

- System for metal degasification.

- Section for manual sawing off of runners and manual belt grinding / deburring

- Robotized section for sawing off of runners and belt grinding / deburring. Work cell for cutting and belt grinding of parts by robot. Each part has its' specific program and fixing tool. This system guarantees a high degree of precision, high speed, extremely fast change-over times and complete repeatability of the process.

- Total computerization of the management of client and production orders, processes, production, control of quality and deliveries.
